lid not closing on Pro Q excel 20 Empty lid not closing on Pro Q excel 20

Hi 

Hope you can help. The lid on my pro q only closes only on one side when the latch is locked. The other side of the lid appears slightly raised and the other latch won't lock properly (showing a gap). Is there a fix for this that you can recommend? Will I need a new lid?
