Leg of lamb with herb marinade - smoked on a gas barbie

This was an experiment to cook a lamb leg with smoke on a gas barbie. It worked very well.

Thanks! The leftover lamb is going into a curry tonight.


Last weekend we had a birthday party for my wife and I smoked 54 chicken thighs in my Frontier smoker in 2 batches and then finished them on the gas grill to crisp a bit. I could easily have done 18 on each shelf so I guess the cooking space on an Excel must be enormous.
