Thanks man yes that was the last bottle of wine from the Championships. Cool

I did the mushrooms in peanut oil and oregano we also threw in a few small apples..

I went with the KISS approach with the addition of ginger for that asian feel.

Salmon was rubbed in rosemary olive oil seasoned with ginger, cracked peprer, sea salt, garlic and chili peppers.
