I've got one of the older Gurus...will be hooking it up at some point to see how it goes...was going to use it this weekend, but after picking up a catering gig, ended up using my big smoker to get all the food on at once. Will let you know how it goes when the Guru does get hooked up.

I was thinking with a FULL load of meat the Guru would be a handy item

All the space makes life easy Feeding 100 or 200
BBQ plus sides ya got ta have room.

I agree...I'm only doing around 100# of pork butt, but since I wanted to cook through the night, and get some rest, I opted for The Good-One. I know how it'll perform, but didn't want to lose too much sleep trying that kind of load on the ProQ without prior experience.
