Illinois BBQ Society
With membership in several U.S. states and a handful of countries, the Illinois BBQ Society' goal is to Unite BBQ Enthusiasts in Search of Perfect 'Que.
Though there is a 'Member's Only Section' (for paid membership), one of the more useful tools is free for all...the ILBBQS Weekly(ish) eNewsletter. It features BBQ related stories, occassional recipes, contest information, and more. Each issue of the eNewsletter features one 'sponsor'; a business, festival, event, or person whos interest is to further promote the art of barbeque. ProQ has been highlighted in this section. If interested, free sign-up is on the Home page of the site.

Should you have questions, comments, suggestions, or ideas, let me know!
