Dude if you like crispy skin, it doesn't come much crispier (will have to rethink putting pesto under the skin, as this burnt pretty swiftly ).

Whoooo hey Ian can I get some info on the grill please? I made something like that a few years ago out of a beer keg, a I know I haven't posted pictures of the other one but I do it soon.

Roxy, the 3rd and 4th pics are of the charcoal basket, which hangs on the back of the unit.
It's a nice gadget, but I can think of a few mods I'd like to do... just gotta see if they're feasible.

So do you have to turn it manually..??
or does the rising heat cause it to turn.. is that what the big fan it for..?

That is so cool...I modded a drum smoker to do rotisserie chicken...but this is one of those MUST HAVE gadgets!
