Dude if you like crispy skin, it doesn't come much crispier (will have to rethink putting pesto under the skin, as this burnt pretty swiftly Shocked ).

Ian, its kinda hard to tell my the pix but do you add charcoal to that back area or is it a gasser..

Roxy, the 3rd and 4th pics are of the charcoal basket, which hangs on the back of the unit.
It's a nice gadget, but I can think of a few mods I'd like to do... just gotta see if they're feasible.
