Is it possible to calibrate the lid temp gauge?

On a brand new frontier I have a couple of proQ probe thermometers both reading 245 in the top vent but the lid thermometer reads 210.

The lid thermometer also has a small amount of condensation in it! Could this be the problem?

Cheers in advance to any help.

To calibrate the lid temp gauge you would need to undo to nut at the back of the temp gauge and remove the temp gauge from the lid. Once you have done that you can then turn the other nut at the back of the gauge and it will move the arrow in the temp gauge
be careful if you do this. The condensation should not effect the reading.
Please bare in mind that even though you have put probe thermometer in the top vent it is in a different position and will read differently from the temp gauge on the lid
