Hi all,

Just had our first cook in our new Pro Excel 20, 6 pheasant moist and cooked to perfection also smoke roast garlic for the mayonasie in the house club sarnie.

This bit of kit will feature heavy in our game season menus, smoking trout in the morning, then flower pot breads.

PS. all my chefs wanted to know where the hat is??

cant wait to see what you think of the cold smoke generator

PS would like to see photos (as we say on the forum it hasn't happened unless there is photo proof)
so I guess the hat is on the floor looking for the pictures
