i bit the bullet and with Ian's help put an Excel 20 package together to get me up and running with the real deal, having had a crappy b&q gas bbq for the last few years. cannot wait to get started with some of the easier stuff (chicken and ribs) and get to trying brisket and other tricky stuff.
