A little help

I am sure I am doing something wrong as I have tried to PM my comments and concerns about the unit and shipping and the distributor to Mack about 3 times. The PM just sets in the out box and apparently never gets sent. I can post it here, but I would rather it be more private. How should I proceed on this one Mack?
