BBQ judges

I am looking to host a small friendly cook off maybe as soon as easter weekend. However I am undecided as to which format, rules and categories to go for. Also I will need to find judges as well as competitors.Any suggestions anybody?

Hi John,

We were planning on going away in the tourer over Easter but haven't booked anything as yet, if you know which weekend it is likely to be let me know and I'll see what we can get booked in that area.

I would love to come as a competitor or judge,
