Re: Sneak Preview
Hopefully, I will get to try it next week, when I get back from Belgium.
The rotisserrie unit is one I had from the Weber kettle rotisserrie Kit, which I've never used, but I sure will now!

I agree DM, I thick a proQ in the deli part of a supermarket would look so much better that those electric units they use

Re: Sneak Preview
LOL...I think I need to read before I look at the pictures next time. First glance...first thought...Why would someone run a skewer through the ProQ???
Guess I should have more coffee before I take to surfing the 'net first thing in the morning!

Re: Sneak Preview
Dont like to pee on your chips and I may be opening myself up here .............but I think rottiseries are intended for grills not low and slow cooking methods and you would struggle to get high enough temps using an excel

Re: Sneak Preview
It's generally used without a water pan in, so no problems with getting the temps up, just trying to make the unit even more versatile than it is.

Re: Sneak Preview
OOOOHHHH Man!
That's great Ian. So I'm hoping for a mod that's something like a ring with the rotisserie attached, that can be taken off as a unit instead of drilling. Is it possible?
