Fish on the Excel 20

Post  Mack on Mon Mar 31, 2008 9:32 am

Although the weather was a bit dicey, I had the urge to cook something... had a few Mackerel and some Sardines in the freezer, so I thought that this would give me a good opportunity to test it as a smoker and a grill...

The Mackerel turned out great! not so for the Sardines (too many bones, so I guess they will be ok pickled).

So THAT'S what a sardine looks like! Until now, I thought they grew in small, rectangular cans. Wink
