Hi Mark

Only recently found the forum myself, there is a load of good information here.

I cold smoked some salmon the other day, it wasn't bad for a first effort. Then I smoked a trout that I had in the freezer, that got eaten very quickly. I'm sure you'll enjoy smoking the salmon that you catch!
