Assembly.. Empty Assembly..

Post  TobyAnscombe Wed May 26, 2010 9:49 pm

So, my nice new Frontier arrived today (just in time for the weather to go crap!)..

Putting it together I have the washers on the inside as told but...

I have two types of silver washer - one set is the same size as the fiber (red) washer, the other is a lot smaller - which ones should I use or should I use both?

Is it worth using threadlocker or does the heat make it a bit pointless?

Cant wait for the weekend - I'll be running an empty burn through first and then hope to crack on over the bank holiday!

Hi Tony,

Sorry for the late reply... You need to use all 3 washers, fiber washer, same size washer then the smaller washer. Don't worry about thread locker.

Thanks Mack - I will add the extra washers tonight....

The courier who should have been delivering the wood and extras lost the parcel so no smoking for me over the weekend ;-( Unless I can find some in Waitrose...
