Eyelets on a Frontier Empty Eyelets on a Frontier

Post  WillemHvdW Fri Nov 19, 2010 8:42 pm

I just assembled my Frontier and I tried to use the eyelets in combination with the Ikea Fantast probe thermometer but the eyelets are too small for the probe.

Does anyone uses the eyelets, and if yes, in combination with wich thermometer?

I have an Excel20, and I am assuming the eyelets are the same size. I use a Maverick ET 72 (single probe). I believe the Maverick ET73 and the newer 2 probe version also work.

If you have a close look at the probes there are sometimes two little crimps on them, flatten them out and it should slide in.
