Hello. I am from Phoenixville, PA. Saw some people I know from another forum I do some Comp. BBQ. My son and a friend of his make up our team- Back Porch BBQ I really like to smoke foods. I use a stick burner and a Large BGE. My goal is to sell the stick burner and get a Backwoods. I am here cause this looks like a nice site and I would really like to learn to cold smoke
