Help with Cheese
I got the Pro Q Cold Smoke Generator a few months ago and finally the weather is starting to change. I wamt to try to do some cheese. I thought I would use the oak dust that came with the smoker and try sharp, jack and edam/gouda. I believe I heard that this should take about 2 hours. Is that right. Any suggestions- dust cheese etc will be appreciated

Re: Help with Cheese
Hi Big George,
I would smoke cheese for around 2-3 hours, Oak is fine, but I quite like using Cherry or Apple wood too.
