Looking for a Southern USA style BBQ caterer

Hi everyone

It's my big five-oh in December 2011 and as a regular traveller to Mississippi (I'm a blues musician) I want to re-create a juke joint which will include the music, drink, decor AND food that I know and love. I've found a few caterers in the London area that do pulled pork, ribs, etc, but i also really want hot tamales and rib tips. Does anyone here know of anyone, anywhere, in the UK that can cover a pretty full range of Southern US BBQ delights? They don't have to be pro - a talented amateur who would love the opportunity to cater for around 50-75 people would be just fine. I know it's over a year away but I'm guessing I might have a bit of a quest on my hands.
