So, having seen the Gadget Show a couple of weeks back and having lived in Montreal for a while I thought that it was time to branch out from grilling..

Couple of years ago I bought a La Hacienda as I do tend to spend a lot of time doing weekends in the garden for friends but, no lid...

Big fan of ribs so clearly needed to get something to compliment the current grill - Google was my friend and took me to here, which then took me to ForFoodSmokers.co.uk where a Frontier (I hasten to add with a cover and fish hanger chucked in for free) and a couple of smoke packs were purchased.

Off to Amazon to get a couple of recipe books and now I cant wait for the weekend!

Be prepared for lots of stupid questions - I was taught to grill by a South African so that side is covered Now its time to learn the other ways of the grill...
