New cold smoker looking for sites
Hi,
I'm a fairly experienced lo and slow Q'er, but just starting with cold smoking. Nice thing is how little mess there is, and it's easy to do in winter. So, I'm looking for sites with detailed instructions and recipes. There are some here, but I'd like lots more. Any suggestions?

There is a distinct lack of info on cold smoking on the web. I've found the best resources are books, some of which are listed below:

As I get more proficient at cold smoking I will be putting up more info and recipes, but that might take a while. Another good source of info is the sausage making forum (they do loads of other stuff, other than sausages).
