Hi
Hi All
I been bbq and smoking (with a WSM) for a while now. I'm still a beginner though it has to be said!
I can do ribs, chicken beer can or spatchcock pretty well.
Trying out some new things fro me tomorrow, briskett, roast spuds in the smoker (in the rack under the brisket). Ribs, and pig some pig candy.
Things that i want to master:
1. pulled pork.
2. a decent homemade bbq sauce. All the recipies I tried so far are too thin , overpowering worcester sauce taste.
3. A desert!
4. bread on the smoker!
Oh and where to get charcoal from now all the DIY stores no longer have it!
cheers

Re: Hi
Hi DirtSquirt,
Welcome to the forum.
I'm sure you'll find answers to a lot of your questions on here, if not just post up a new topic and you'll get some opinions.
A quick answer to your charcoal question, if you can store 10 bags or more at a time, google CPL distribution, they sell the Supagrill charcoal and deliver all year round. I'd recommend sticking to the coconut stuff.
Cheers
Steve
