Hi All,

Have been smoking for a couple of years now, got a Brinkmann Smoke & Grill from Pro BBQ (aka the ECB) and now hoping that I can graduate to a Pro BBQ Frontier (do you offer a trade in?? Very Happy )

Got a few problems with the Brinkmann keeping temperatures constant, but am having another practise run this weekend with a rack of ribs, weather permitting.

As soon as I have the fire management and temps under control, I'll be picking everyones brains on different recipes.

CHEERS!
Jonesey.

Hi Jonesey,
Welcome to the forum, you'll find that the Frontier will be alot easier to use, once you upgrade (sorry no trade ins), you could give the Brinkmann to a friend that's keen to start smoking.
