Hi,

Just using the Excel 20 for the first time and cooking some ribs.
They've been on since 2pm and so far the temp is holding between 200 and 250 with little or no intervention from me.

This BBQ is great! - if you're considering getting one, do it .

Time to spray the ribs with some apple juice and turn them over ... 3 hours to go till dinner!!!!!

Mack,

Ribs came off around 8 tonight and were great.
Can't believe how well the Excel 20 holds the temps - I used Coconut briquettes and the full 5lb bag. The temp finally dipped below 200 after 5 hours but only because I'd used up the bag of briquettes.

Time to clean it up now and then it's beer can chicken for the next q.
