well after all the q'ing i done yesterday i had the taste for some more chicken, so i ran to the shop and bought the biggest bird i could and a few thighs that were goin cheap, along with some jack daniels bbq sauce and some bbq spices

i cooked the bird to 83 and it does look burnt but its not its the sauce thats burnt but to be honest the jack daniels sauce like that is lovely and i cant wait till tomorrow when i eat me pulled chicken sandwhiches
