lol Are you serious? Man I better get mine finished quick then clown Now are you planing on using it as a BBQ or offset smoker?

I'm set up for griling but with a few small mods like replacing the bottom rack in the warming chamber with a sheet of steel it would be good to go, at least for serious indirect.

There are very few things I would change if starting over but none of them are serious enough to back up for. I'm still looking for a lighte frame to save weight but one will show up in due time.

Post  Dr_KY on Sat Apr 25, 2009 8:02 am

Thanks guys it was all done in about two weeks from the time we got it to the shop. We worked a few hours each day when they had a spare moment and over the Easter weekend. It would have been faster if we worked straight through on it but he has a business to run.

It took a bit of fuel in the first hour but it soon settled down.

She ran with one fuel cell for the smoking but next time I'll add the second one in for grilling.

Todays cook was exciting to say the least not to mention we ran out of food. That's a good thing really.

Here are a few pictures..

Trout with a butter, rosemary, garlic paste inside..

Pork legs and a few of the ribs..

The first batch of pork legs sunbathing.
