oak on chicken?
hello again hope ur all well
ive just bought some oak chunks and some stubbs bbq rub, ive been practicing cooking on chickens and i must say there gorgeous, i was thinking of trying the rub on them but i read some where that oak is no good for chicken as its so strong has anyone else tried it if so what was it like, i know its personal taste and to be honest i like any smoked food but i was gonna have some freinds round and they dont like it to strong so would i be better of gettin a milder wood for the faint hearted
cheers all
