Hi everyone,

If you're in Shropshire right now, is it foggy outside or is everyone taken up smokin!? He-he!
I own an Amigo smoker - used it once and the result was a bit dodgy...I totally feel like a sausage burner all right. I think I need to buy some other stuff to ensure I get a decent heat right from the start. Also opening the airhole at the top would help me to get the tempreture higher than 60 degrees, I'm sure! Embarassed

Anyway hello smokers world wide, wherever you may be smokin' this weekend.....
