hay guys

I have never glazed ribs before,And I would like to try this
If you glaze the ribs,Do you glaze just the meat side or both sides ? Question
Must you remove the waterpan ? Question
And do you do it than directly above the coal ? Question

Thanks

I tried it recently using Roxy's rib glaze, I brushed it on every 10mins for the last hour. I had them in a rib rack so I could do both sides & the water pan was left in (though I did put them over the coals for 1-2mins per side just before serving them).

Roxy's glaze is really good, if you put it in the search box it will give you the ingredients & some photo's.

I glaze both sides, use the water pan and take it out at the end to caramelize the outside.
