Filled salmon fillet with herbs Empty Filled salmon fillet with herbs

Fresh dill
Fresh lemon melissa
Fresh sage

Cut fillets and fill them with the herbs
A little pepper from the mill
Chop remaining herbs, mix in a little oil
Put the salmon in the herbs oil marinate 60 min
Take them out en wipe a little dry
Grill to own taste

No I am no chef, but someone who loves to grill and bbq.
And love nice food.
I am 41 years, and look already of my 12 with large eyes to barbecues.
My parents babecuede never, I ate it once at family and I had been sold afterwards.
Still I enjoys each weekend of it.
