Rotisserie Chooks on the ProQ Excel 20

Post  Mack on Sun Nov 30, 2008 11:05 am

The fuel (for the cook).

Chooks on (one is firey hot, hence the foil between the 2).

Getting crisperized!

Done to perfection!

Rested for 15 minutes, then carved.

Did you use any wood for flavor or just briquets?

Is that rotisserie an add on or one you are selling?

Yard birds look great Ian!

Let me know if you need someone to test that baby out for you. Cool Second and third opinions are always good to have.lol

I wouldn't mind doing a goose for Christmas on one.

*EDIT* I just picked up a duck from the butcher so you still have time to send it before Christmas.lol
