Hi from High Wycombe
Greetings all, I'm Adam (as you have probably deduced from the user name). I live in Wycombe and work in the middle of London.
I'm new to this whole smoking/bbq lark but i've always been a pretty adventurous cook so since I first saw a bullet the idea has been fascinating and it was only a matter of time before I finally got one. Just got the Amigo at the moment but am already working on the process of justifying the upgrade to the Excel as I think I am going to want the longer burning times before too long and that charcoal cage looks so much more effective.
Anyhow i'll leave it at that for now, sure i'll be posting again soon.
