Filled nectarines with mascarpone

5 firm ripe nectarines
120 grams sugar
1 grated lemon peel
3 egg yolks
400 grams mascarpone
70 grams breadcrumbs
2,5 tablespoons Amaretto + 2 tablespoons amaretto
Preheat the barbecue to 180C/360F degrees.
Cut the nectarines in half and remove seeds (stone).
Hollow the nectarines slightly and chop the flesh finely.
Stir the egg yolks, 2.5 tablespoons amaretto and sugar together.
Mix bread crumbs, lemon and peach.Add to the egg mixture.
Spread the filling over the half nectarines, put them in a baking dish
Bake off in the barbecue until filling is firm (about 20 minutes).
Mix the mascarpone with 2 tablespoons amaretto and beat separately.
Serve with the mascarpone amaretto mix.
