Howdy from Texas
Hi folks.
I've been barbequeing for many years, mostly on off-set smokers. In my old age, I finally decided that I could get just as good BBQ without having to tend the pit as often.
I know smoking with a Pro-Q is different than with my offset, so I look forward from learning from you pros how to use my new unit.
Thank you for letting me participate in this forum.

Thom,
I haven't done my first Minion yet. Just did my first cook. Grilled 2 pork chops and put a Texas Pepper Jelly glaze on them. The Missus is happy.
