Re: Greetings from Modena ITALIA
Hi Mack, I wanna buy a smoker to try american classic recipies. I'm very interested at low and slow, but in Italy this kind of cooking isn't known.
I had sawn the ProQ Frontier Water Smoker and I think it's good for me, what do you think?
I'm sorry, sorry, sorry for my english

Hi,
The Frontier is a nice starter unit, it's what I use at home, but please take note of the fact that I am baised.
Your English is fine, much better than my Italian

Re: Greetings from Modena ITALIA
Welcome Francesco,
You have some wonderful looking dishes on your blog. I have the Frontier and it's perfect for my small family. You could do a lot of smoking, even for friends. If you want the big bother Excel version, I wouldn't blame you. Then again, americans do seem to super-size everything
Look around at the posts and see what others have accomplished. I've learned so much in the short time I've been on here. These guys will provide you with the best education a newbie can get.

Welcome Aboard...from across the pond!
As Jenx mentioned Americans tend to like big (I resemble that remark)...and the Excel model that ProQ makes has been very well received over here.
Great bunch of folks on this forum...hope you stick around and join in the fun!
