Cooking times
If one butt takes.. lets say 10-12 hrs to cook..
does two butts at the same time on the same grill take 20-24 hrs to cook?

I think it depends on the cooker. If you were using a big ol thing on a trailer it wouldn't be an issue but a smaller unit could be bothered my the mass. I wouldn't think the times would be too far out though and long as the temps stayed where they need to be.

I've never seen the times double, but may add a little time (up to a couple of hours more or less) depending on the cooker, consistancy of temperatures, etc. Let us know!

I'm with Dr ky and Jim on this cooker , temps, weather etc. assuming they were both the same weight times should'nt be that far off, I cooked two 8 pound butt's on the frontier last weekend one was done thirty minutes before the other. keep us informed.
