Pix from the Canadian Open
Here are some pix we took at the Canadian Open this year.
Sorry Ian, my wife is not the best picture taker.. Not a very good shot of the ProBBQ's..
But they are there behind that big offset.
Getting ready for a long days prep with a time out for a quick beer... or three.
Some of the many teams that competed at the Open this year.
That is Steve Adams.. Team Captain for Team Cedar Grilling.. Three time winner of the Open.
Still prepping and working away.
Schmoozing with one of our Canadian BBQ celebrities... Helps we had lots of beer..
Finishing touches on oneof our dishes under the watchful eye of my partner.
Our on site set up for the judges.

1. That looks like it was a great event! Very beautiful weather, entrees, cookers, and people.
2. Love the Pig Headed Fence!
3. Congrats on the trophies.
4. I think this post moves me to the next level of posting! Now at 200 on this forum!
5. What do you mean 'left over beer'??? Isn't that sacreligious??

Great pics, I think I want to move to Canada lol. 1 thing that concerns me is that it looks like there is a dog or something similar being barbecued in the 10th pic down ?
