Half Time Sausage...
Started up the Excel 20 at 8 this morning to smoke a 3kg Brisket (pics to follow). Started to get a bit peckish mid morning so decided to throw some sausages on for lunch (mixture of pork and apple, and linconshire), and another pouch of cherry pellets. 3 hours later this was the result:
And with a perfect pink smoke ring:
They went in a roll with some homemade 'slaw, and I don't think I can go back to having sausages done any other way!
Can't wait for the brisket to finish now....
