Sending Smoke Signals From West London
Hi all,
Very excited, my wife and I recieved our first proper smoker yesterday - a Pro Q Excel 20!
After reading through a bit of information on this site we're gonna give smoking a chicken a go later in the week as our first attempt.
Really looking forward to making proper pulled pork and smoked briskett, as they are just not the same cooked low n slow in an oven.
Fingers crossed for the first smoke off!
Rich n Lou
