Yep, that's the one I was looking for, but settled on the alternative.

They were fun to make, the best part is tuning up those temp controll skills. It's so easy to burn pastry or over cook the outside before the interior is done. Master baking and you will never ruin a sausage again. Razz Razz Razz Razz

Yes, I don't doubt it.
I'm frantically saving up for a new smoker - think I'm going for the Pro Frontier - I've only got a Brinkmann Smoke & Grill now and keeping the temps right in that is a constant challenge!
