A blond walks into her local butchers and says
"i'd like three pounds of pork ribs please, Mr butcher"
"it's Kilos now, you know" says the butcher.
"Oh, alright," shrugs the blonde "In that case i'll have three pounds of kilos"

What kind of rub & sauce would you use on a Kilo? I've never cooked one...let alone three.
