Am quite new to scean and wanting to know what to use (ie: fuel, lumpwood or charcoal etc). I am awaiting delivery of my Smokin Pro later this week, fingers crossed. Look forward to information from anyone.

Lump is always good and I use a mixture of both when I smoke.


Just DON'T use those fuel soaked bags, get some real lump.
