Hello All,

I am fairly new to the BBQ scene although in Canada any cooking outdoors is referred to BBQ'ing instead of the appropriate "grilling". I've been BBQ'ing just about a year. I picked up a couple of cheap smokers (which I stacked) at Princess Auto and after some modifications I was able to produce some decent Q. Pics of the Princess Auto smoker can be found here as well as a large in progress upright smoker project.

I just ordered a Frontier with a stacker and I am eagerly awaiting its arrival. It looks like extra vents will be on my to do list. I'm not sure they are necessary by I love to tinker.
