Grilled Pralines
Howdy...
Here our dessert entry that made second place in the dessert category at the
berlin bbq championchips 2007 and the german bbq championchips 2007.
Miniature mars, Snickers, Milky way or other pralines or chocolate bars, rolled in a (wet) really thin trukish yufka or filo dough.
After rolling em up and making sure the sides are closed, they have to be brushed with a little vegetable oil to prevent sticking.
Then you can cook them on very low heat or preferably a griddle with 1/4 " of oil.
Serve with whipped cream or vanilla sauce and strawberry sauce.
Women will undress for those without hesitating (as long as you dont tell em the calories per piece )

Re: Grilled Pralines
That looks an awesome dish, I am putting that high on the summer agenda. I think that this section is going to be a real success, the challenge of cooking delicate foods is an art. I would have to say, "Hat's off to Don Marco".
My missus says that I HAVE to try that but no guarantees about taking the clothes off...
