Hello from Finland

Hello!

I have been reading this forum a while now, but since I got my own Frontier, I decided to join and participate.

As the topic tells, I live in Finland where BBQ is really not a big thing. There must be others who do low and slow here too, but they are not many. I'm a beginner myself, with five sessions with the Frontier under my belt. Yesterday I made some awesome ribs and beans (first time trying beans and I might never do any other beans again) plus some of those Potato Bombs somebody posted here (thanks for the recipe!). So I'm pretty exited about my smoker and bbq and smoking in general. I've also done some cold smoking with the cold smoke generator and a cardboard box, with some great results.

Hi Jari and welcome to the forum. I was over in Finland not too long ago, beautiful country! Let's hope you start a BBQ revolution over there.
