Hi All,

Thought I would say a quick hello. Found this forum just after I ordered a Pro Q Excel 20. I am a keen enthusiast of all types of food and drink, including cheese making and brewing (anyone feel that some cold smoking is coming on here). I have done a little hot smoking previously with a meth based smoker but this just isn't sufficient for any large pieces of meat.

Anyway can't wait for the Excel to turn up and I expect that I will be quickly putting it to good use and as I have noticed that DrSweetSmoke will probably say everyone loves photo's, photography happens to be my other passion so you are likely to see some pictures eventually Smile and if you are interested in seeing any of my photograph's you can always view them at http://www.nomadicshock.com.
