Re: Oak Sawdust
Hi Fenman, I'm in Peterborough and can easily get to Northampton for oak sawdust - could you please email me the phone number. It's useful that I've found your post as I've just got a cold smoker.
Many thanks

Re: Oak Sawdust
I have to say that I use the dust from Ian as well, it's cheap enough and I haven't had any problems keeping it alight.

Re: Oak Sawdust
Thanks Drsweetsmoke, I did purchase the variety pack of dust from Ian a couple of weeks ago.
I smoked some goat's cheese with the applewood dust - it's a delight, the sharpness of the goats cheese goes perfectly with the sweetness of the apple smoke. It doesn't last very long in the fridge though - the family like it too much!

Excellent!!!
I'm clearing out the back yard this weekend and doing a bit of re-arranging so I can get-my-grill-on, I may do a bit of cold smoking while I'm at it.I can't get enough of this CSG.
