6 Spoons Curry ketchup
2 Spoons wine vinegar
2 Spoons honey
2 Spoons olive oil
2 Coffee spoon sambal
2 Coffee spoon Provence herbs
Mix all ingredients together
Spread the filet
If they are nearly ready, smear again with the mixture
