Smoked Turkey Salad
With our leftovers of smoked turkey, we made up some turkey salad.
Your ingrediants will have to be based on how much turkey you are using.
1 1/2 lbs of turkey run through the grinder.
4-5 dill pickles finely chopped
5-6 green onions finely chopped
a handful of craisens
half a handful of sunflower seeds
15-20 green olives quartered
1/4 cup brown mustard
a cup or two of mayonase cut with 2 tbs of vinegar for easier mixing.
two tsp of jarred Jalepeno juice
(I would have added some chopped fresh jaleps as well but it was raining)
MIx together and salt and pepper to taste.
Great on toast or crackers with Pepper-Jack cheese.
