Chicken Wings by BBQ-Devil
Here one of my favorite recipes for chicken wings. Most people like wings, they are exelent for a whole meal or as appetiser as well.
The recipe is for about twenty wings. It doesnīt matter if you take left or right ones.
- 20 wings
- 1/4 pund of butter
- 2 tablespoos of worchestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon of graunded ginger
- 1 teapsoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of grounded white pepper
- 1 teaspoon of hot chilli powder
garlic, as you like it...
Warm the buttet until itīs liquid.
Put the ingredients inside.
Stir it together.
Let the butter cool a little bit down.
Put the butter on the winges with a brush.
Now you can put it on the grill or let marnade for severatl hours to itensifiy the taste.
Prepare your grill for indirectly grilling. Heat it up to 350 to 400 degree fahrenheit.
Grill them 30-40 minutes indirecly.
Here a pic. of the wings:
sorry guys... I didnīt understand how to host a picture... perhaps it will work another time...
